Organic Farming & Self-Sufficiency
At the heart of our community is a 75-acre Agriturismo with a B&B and restaurant. Members cultivate surrounding land for organic crops and medicinal herbs, in partnership with Key Health Nutrients.
Sustainable Energy & Infrastructure
We prioritize eco-conscious construction using green building materials and innovative solar energy, including solar roof tiles. As proud members of Italy's Renewable Energy Community, we support clean, locally shared energy.
Community Co-ownership & Economic Sustainability
Members co-own the Agriturismo, sharing in revenues from the restaurant, olive oil, and retreat center, with plans underway for a Career, Employment, and Education Center to support long-term growth.
Wellness & Holistic Health
We partner with a spa near the beach to offer therapeutic treatments and promote innovative healing practices, including education in healthy food patterns and wellness programs.
Environmental Protection & Biodiversity
Through our partnership with a local beach nature reserve, we help protect nesting sea turtles and actively engage in nature reserve management and conservation efforts throughout the region.
Cultural Heritage & Revitalization
Historic homes in Cropani's center are carefully restored with respect for local traditions. These efforts breathe new life into underused heritage sites and foster sustainable, culturally rooted tourism.
